Kersten and her mom, Joann are the absolute best! I made a couple of trips to Palm Bridal before eventually picking a dress I fell in love with on the first visit. I had no idea what I was looking for and she was great as listening to me and making suggestions that I probably wouldn’t have even tried on my own. They are both so genuinely sweet and have treated my family and I so well each time we were there.
